Good to Great in 3 steps!

Hi Midlifer!

Deep down, are you done? 

Deep down, do you feel like you are ready to be done with being good? 

Done with a good life, good job, good marriage, good finances, good health, good children, good relationships?

Are you ready to dump your good __________ for a GREAT _____________ but you aren't sure how?

I understand!

A few years ago, I knew I was ready to dump my good life for a GREAT life but I just wasn't sure how.

Before I share the THREE powerful yet .... hard habits that I learnt along my journey and from my numerous coaching sessions, here's something to think about. 

1. You have to give up something good for something GREAT.

Something GREAT requires a good sacrifice!

You are not going to know how GREAT you are until you give up how good you are. 

Ask yourself, why continue to settle for a good enough life when you can have a GREAT life - a wholesome life? an abundant life? a Mzimalife? 

Now, are you ready for the 3 POWERFUL habits?

If you want to go from good to GREAT you gotta ...

1) Lean into His whispers

2) Level up to His will

3) Levitate up to His Ways.

 That last one though? What exactly does levitate mean? 

Let's first unpack the first two. 

1) Lean into His whispers means God is whispering to you. He is sharing so many clues, hints, directions, instructions and so many amazing pieces of wisdom to prepare you and protect you in this season and the next.

But God doesn't shout. He whispers. This means you need to lean into His whispers to hear him. Let your curiosity lead you to lean into His whispers.

Find time in your schedule, space in your spirit and energy in your body to CONTINUOUSLY lean into God's whispers.

What is God saying to you, about you, about Himself to you?

2) Level Up to His will means you need to fold your will into His will. Do you know God's will? What is God's ultimate will? Ephesians 1 gives us a clue. How does your will/purpose/calling/life fit into God's will?

Are you living a life leveled up to align with God's will? How would you know? 

Yes, ask God to show you. Lean into His whispers and discover yourself. 

3) Levitate up to His Ways. God's ways are not our ways. Levitate up to His ways means you cannot do what others are doing. You gotta keep your head up. Keep your head up into the heavens. You are not to be on the ground. You are not of this world. You are not on earth so you cannot do what is being done on earth. You gotta stay up in the heavens and keep your head up in the heavens.
